Alpha Omega demonstration — synthetic data — not a USDA system

Help

This demo walks one export certificate from request to issued PDF. Everything in it is synthetic.

Who does what

Exporter
Starts a request, adds the animals, submits it, fixes it if it is returned, and downloads the issued certificate.
Veterinarian
Inspects the animals, records the required tests, and completes the inspection with an attestation. Use "Save progress" when the connection is poor.
VS Reviewer
Endorses the request, or returns it with the sections to fix and a reason.
Admin
Onboards certificate templates and retries certificate generation if it failed.

What the statuses mean

Draft
Saved, not yet submitted.
With the vet
Submitted; the assigned veterinarian inspects next.
With VS review
Inspected; a reviewer decides next.
Returned for changes
The reviewer asked the exporter to correct one or more sections.
Generating certificate
Endorsed; the PDF is being produced.
Certificate issued
Ready to download.
Withdrawn
Stopped by the exporter.

If the connection drops

Buttons show "Submitting…" while a form is sent, so a second tap can't send it twice. Each form carries a one-time key: if a send is retried, the service recognizes it. If a page never comes back, reload it; what you typed is restored on this device where possible.

Live updates

A request's page tells you when someone else changes it. If it says "Live updates paused", reload the page to see the latest.
